Monaco United Women is the official women’s division of Monaco United Football Club, headquartered in Monte-Carlo. Founded with the vision to become a powerhouse in European women’s football, the team will enter national competition in season 2025/26, with promotion ambitions from day one. Led by former AS Monaco FC, AC Milan and PSG striker Marco Simone, the club combines world-class leadership with elite infrastructure that rivals Europe’s best.

MARCO SIMONE
UEFA Champions League winner. Serie A & Ligue 1 icon. Marco Simone is more than a coach — he’s a football visionary. With top-level coaching experience and deep ties to Monaco, his appointment as Head Coach of Monaco United Women marks the beginning of a bold new chapter. “Monaco holds a special place in my heart. I’m here to win, to develop talent, and to build a football culture that lasts.”
